All Things Fizz

Pop, fizz, clink. This one is all about bubbles: from easy-drinking Prosecco, characterful Cava and wild pét-nat, to elegant English sparkling and the big one itself: Champagne. We’ll taste our way through different sparkling styles, looking at how they’re made, why they taste so different, and what makes each bottle special. Expect crisp, creamy, fruity, toasty and occasionally slightly bonkers bottles, with plenty of fizz-fuelled chat along the way. It’s fun, celebratory and just the right amount of educational. Ticket cost covers a glass on arrival, 6 stunning samples of fizz and a cheese & charcuterie board to pair.
